(BLACKHAWK REGION) – United Way Blackhawk Region’s (UWBR) building located at 205 N. Main St. has been sold to The Bodacious Olive, LLC and closed on Friday, August 23.

“While we’ll miss the riverfront view and being in the heart of downtown Janesville, our new building, located at 5110 S US Hwy 51 is more centrally located between Beloit and Janesville,” said UWBR Board Chair Dan Williams. “Once renovations have been complete on the new building in 2025, we’ll roll out the welcome mat and invite partners and donors alike to stop by for a tour.”

Built in 1966 and purchased by United Way of North Rock County in 1988, United Way has owned and maintained the riverfront location more than 35 years.

UWBR’s mailing address will remain: United Way Blackhawk Region, PO Box 8443, Janesville, WI 53547.
