Case management program ensures clients and patients are connected to medical care and medications, practical support, transportation, legal help, and other integrated services. To help prevent the spread of HIV, Hepatitis C, and other infections, AIDS Resource Center also provides counseling and education, testing, and prevention supplies in Rock County and throughout southern Wisconsin.
